Forevermark Boutique Is Kolkata’s New Indulgence.Forevermark, the diamond brand from the De Beers Group of Companies opened an exclusive boutique in Kolkata, the first in the city. This is also the second Forevermark Boutique in the world. It is located in City Mall. Its retail offering includes Forevermark – the world’s most carefully selected diamonds in a wide variety of jewellery and loose assortment.

The boutique opening is in collaboration with Indian Gem & Jewellery Creation. While Forevermark diamond stands for expertly crafted and undergoes a rigorous selection, Indian Gem & Jewellery Creation is known for quality, creativity and integrity. Together, both will offer hallmark jewellery pieces.

The retail outfit will offer the complete range of Forevermark collections – Capricci – The Nose Pin Collection, Circle of Trust – Diamond Bangles, Traditional Setting Collection, Designer Collections – Artemis & Zanyah, Black Label Collection, Encordia Collection, Cornerstones Collection, Millemoi Collection, Eternal Collection, Trend Collections, loose diamonds and diamond jewellery for men.

On the occasion of inaugurating the boutique, actress, Karisma Kapoor wore Forevermark jewellery. She spoke feeling privileged to participate in the celebration of the opening. Reiterating the uniqueness, rarity and responsible sourcing of Forevermark diamonds, she said, “Knowing that less than one percent of the world’s diamonds are eligible to be a Forevermark diamond, makes me feel extra special to wear this stunning piece of jewellery today. Mr. Pratik Dugar, Director, Indian Gem & Jewellery Creation expressed honor to be associated with Forevermark and its first boutique in Kolkata. He highlighted the Forevermark values a customer stands to gain – trust, genuine natural and untreated diamonds which are unique. He further noted, “Indian Gem & Jewellery Creation and Forevermark have come together to give Kolkata the best there is in diamond jewellery with a wide variety of collections that have been designed by Forevermark.”

The store in Kolkata has a black room enclosure to display of the rarest 12 carat, round cut Forevermark diamond. In a demonstration, a special display explains how light passes through this diamond and brings out its brilliance. When light refracts through the diamond across the room in a multitude of colours, a visual spectacle forms, and brings out the beauty of the Forevermark diamond beyond the 4Cs. Less than 1% of the world’s diamonds are eligible to be a Forevermark. Each Forevermark diamond undergoes a rigorous 17-step process and no less than five times of evaluation to meet the Forevermark standard beyond the 4Cs. Only when the diamonds meet all criteria, a grader personally approves each Forevermark Grading Report. The diamonds bear the Forevermark icon and individual number inscriptions.
