ORRA rolled out a safety manual in compliance with COVID-19 safety guidelines, to ensure the safety of all staff and customers. The staff is trained to follow safety and sanitization protocols. Furthermore, ORRA has adopted strict measures while safeguarding the health and well-being of the staff and customers. Every store has undergone enhanced deep sanitization including footwear sanitization before entering the store, temperature detection and sanitization of all surfaces every two hours, cleaning of jewelry post each trial, provision of disposable gloves, maintaining social distancing and providing N95 masks for everyone entering the store.
ORRA is facilitating WhatsApp purchases for customers who are hesitant to step out of their house. The customers can view, select, and buy jewelry over a WhatsApp video call. ORRA has extended offers such as up to 25%off on diamond jewelry, up to 50 % off on making charges of 22KT gold jewelry, guaranteed minimum 25% off on making charges of 22 KT gold jewelry and an additional 5% value on exchange of old gold jewelry subject to terms and conditions to the customers who missed out purchasing during the lockdown.
