HK Jewellery & Gem Show Postponed to November 2020

The Jewellery & Gem ASIA Hong Kong (JGA) has been postponed and will now be held from 26th-29th November 2020. The venue will be the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre (HKCEC), Earlier the show was supposed to be held on 25th-28th June.

Considering the current COVID situation, such adjustments in business operations have become “need of the hour” and must be implemented. The industry participation has been affected by travel restrictions amidst COVID-19 chaos.

The show organizers also claimed that payments and contracts done for JGA will be carried forward to the new dates, revised arrangements will individually be discussed individually with exhibitors.

The revised dates provide the jewelry community another opportunity to maximize opportunities for fulfilling the pent-up demand. This is an opportunity to gather and find out ways to revive the economy.

The organizers also explained that they will initiate a virtual event that complements the offerings of the physical shows. They also informed about the powerful trading platforms – JewelleryNet.
