AGD Diamonds Unearths 66.95ct Rough Diamond at Its Grib Mine

AGD Diamonds have announced that it had mined a gem quality diamond weighing 66.95 ct at the Grib diamond deposit.

On July 8, AGD Diamonds recovered a large gem-quality diamond weighing 81.02 carats at its Grib Mining Division. Innovative advanced mining technologies and gentle processing during enrichment allow AGD Diamonds to mine large quality diamonds without damage.

Last May, the company also unearthed two large diamonds weighing 222.09 and 127.34 carats at its Grib diamond mine.
The Grib diamond deposit is one of the largest in the world, ranking 4th in terms of reserves in Russia and 7th in the world.

AGD Diamonds had acquired a 100% stake in Grib Diamonds NV, based in Antwerp, which sells diamonds from the Grib diamond deposit to international buyers.
