GemGenève will be bringing together over 240 of the leading players in the world of jewellery from 7 to 10 May 2026. Internationally acclaimed merchants, family firms, as yet little-known artists, emerging designers, cultural partners, schools and training institutes, gemmology labs and specialised bookstores will all be there to enliven four days’ worth of meetings, discussions and sales.
Over two hundred dealers will be giving connoisseurs and keen amateurs the opportunity to discover exceptional gemstones, heritage jewellery, vintage pieces and contemporary items. Each professional painstakingly selects jewellery and gemstones to stir the emotions of the several thousand expected visitors – and arouse their curiosity, too.
REATING THE RIGHT BALANCE BETWEEN LOYALTY AND FRESH INSPIRATION
New blood is always welcome, and indeed that’s why we help young people establish themselves and enter the business. Ronny Totah, co-founder of GemGenève
11 new exhibitors at the forthcoming edition of GemGenève
There’ll be an exciting batch of new arrivals at GemGenève 10! As ever, a nice selection of newcomers will be joining the highly select circle of GemGenève exhibitors including professionals coming from the UK, Israel, Hong Kong, the US and India.
The show’s organisers are keen to forge ties between all those involved in the business and give newcomers an international showcase commensurate with their expertise – thus preserving the ethos of equality, passing on knowledge and discovery that’s characterised GemGenève from the very beginning. This exclusive clutch of new exhibitors will offer visitors the chance to discover the work (amongst others) of Belgian jewellery designer Jochen Leën and meet the founder of New York- based D. Elian Corp. in the company of his two sons Tom and Ryan, leading specialists in Colombian emeralds.
Increased loyalty

Of the 202 merchants and traders in attendance, 33 haven’t missed a single edition of GemGenève. This remarkable figure rises to 43 % if we count all the professionals who’ve been committed to the event right from the start and include those occasionally unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances (such as the pandemic that coincided with the Challenging Edition of November 2021 and the events of 7 October 2023 with their knock-on effect on GemGenève 7).
Among these essential supporters are Golay Fils & Stahl, diamond jewellers based in Switzerland since 1837, Morelle Davidson, the go-to address in London for antique and vintage jewellery collectors and HC Arnoldi, a longstanding lapidary originally from the Idar-Oberstein region.
This loyalty bears witness to the long-term relationships of trust built up by GemGenève with its exhibitors in the space of just a few years – and our essential role in the international jewellery ecosystem.
17 nationalities at the tenth edition

From Brazil to the United Arab Emirates via Australia, the GemGenève 10 exhibitor catalogue includes dealers from a total of seventeen countries. Once again, the show is confirming its status as an international hub, highlighting GemGenève’s strategic positioning as a major event in the global market for outstanding jewellery.
US dealers and traders out in force
US professionals will once again be in the majority at the tenth edition of GemGenève, accounting for over one quarter of all exhibitors. Among those making the trip are New York diamond dealer Isaac Davidowits and Paul Fisher Inc, a leading name in antique jewellery.
The USA has the most exhibitors (46 in all) followed by Belgium and Switzerland, accounting for 23 and 22 exhibitors respectively.
Asia is also well-represented, with 23 exhibitors from Hong Kong, 15 from Thailand, 11 from India, 5 from Singapore and 2 from Sri Lanka.
Alongside Switzerland and Belgium, other European countries will be represented among the exhibitors too, boasting almost 30 more between them: Germany (14), France (8), Italy (3), UK (3) and Monaco (1).
The Middle East will also be there, with three exhibitors from the UAE.
Last but by no means least there will be 2 exhibitors from Brazil and another two from Australia travelling over ten thousand kilometres to grace the event with their presence as they have done every other year.
EXHIBITORS AT GEMGENÈVE 10
To ensure smaller businesses benefit from a degree of exposure similar to that enjoyed by leading international merchants we’ve deliberately put a cap on stand sizes, so that nobody has much more exhibition space than anybody else. That spirit of equity is really what GemGenève is all about. Nadège Totah, co-organiser, GemGenève
Right from the earliest days of the event, the organisers decided no stand should be bigger than 60sqm, aiming to achieve a subtle balance between professionals seeking to display as much merchandise as possible and family firms with more of an emphasis on expertise. By doing away with any form of rankings for exhibitors, the show offers plenty of welcome surprises for visitors as they make their way from one area to another without having to follow any specified order.

Working with large-format stones that he personally selects, Alexander Laut doesn’t hesitate to produce pieces that are a far cry from passing fads and trends. Highly influenced by the work of Italian designer Fulco di Verdura, Laut has drawn from his former life as a journalist and photographer to define a powerful style language. While he has always had a passionate interest in gemmology and jewellery, it was a meeting with Harry Winston’s son Ronald that finally spurred him to take the plunge and become a jeweller in his own right. Today, his pieces are sold all over the world, with clients in the USA, Brazil, Japan, China, South Africa, the UAE and Russia. This will be Alexander Laut’s seventh time at GemGenève – an indication of his commitment to the event and the values it enshrines.
