BSM Brasil 2024 shows strength in region of Latin America to the world.

The long-awaited BSM(Buyer Seller Meeting) Brasil 2024 event took place on the 14th and 15th of May in the city of São Paulo, where Brazilian and South American companies had a new chance to meet and make business with world-leading manufactures  diamonds, gold ,silver jewelry, gold bars coming from India, USA, Belgium, Turkey and Hong Kong. The event took place at the Renaissance Hotel and in less than nine months between the first and second edition, the number of participants increased considerably, in addition to more than doubling the number of exhibitors.

BSM Brasil is an exclusive concept that highlights quality in exhibitors and buyers so that they can get to know each other in a safe and productive business environment, avoiding wasted time for both sides as the organizers invite their visitors according to the exhibitors’ profile. Although visitors are free to visit which company they wish, the organizing team seeks to guide where to go according to the type of product, which ensures meetings with better results for both sides. The official organizer was once again the responsibility of the Mubri International Jewelers Association, the largest association today in terms of the number of foreign members present with 18 chapters and more than 2500 members including manufacturing companies, wholesalers, retailers and independent jewelers. In the 2024 edition, BSM Brasil also had the support of GJEPC India (Gem & Jewelery Export Promotion Council) which is a long-time partner of Mubri, this edition had support for the first time from the Diamond Dealers Club after a visit from President Mubri, Ms Ali Pastorini to New York during February to present the concept to DDC members.

Participating companies include Kiran Gems, UniDesign, La Joya, S. Vinodkumar, Shivam Jewels, Shree Ramkrishna Exports, Star Rays NY, Sheetal Group, Sutra Jewels, Hari Krishna Exports, Dharmanandan Diamonds, SDS Diamonds, Nadir Gold, ACPL Exports, J.B. and Brothers, Patdiam, Dianco, Aspire Design, ALTR, Arjiv Exports, Hari Dharshan and Shree Ramdoot Gems, on the visitors’ side, large companies such as Vivara, Monte Carlo, Monte Cristo, Sauer, Casa das Aliancas, Benefatto, Delamour, among others, attended to support the hard work of the Mubri Association and confidence in bringing serious foreign companies to add quality products to the South American region, this year visitors came not only from Brazil but also from countries such as Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Peru and Colombia, “We are a group that likes to deliver the best results and we work constantly to make this happen, but I was surprised by the immediate support of several large South American companies that are willing to make BSM Brasil an important part of the world calendar making Sao Paulo city as the main hub in Latin America with the rest of the world. This is only possible with teamwork and I am happy with everyone’s unity and effort so that our sector remains strong despite the post-Covid challenges”, explains Ms Pastorini

The event also featured the illustrious participation of the Consul General of India in Brazil, Mrs Manisha Swami, who personally congratulated the work of Ali Pastorini and the President of the Mubri Brasil chapter, Mrs Dione de Lima and its rapid growth in less than a year. The BSM edition is already confirmed for the month of May 2025 again in the city of Sào Paulo, in the second half of 2024 the date and opening of registrations for foreign companies will be announced.
